Present and justify project proposals to corporate teams in English. **Project Engineer** **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate construction work and manage contractors for in‑plant projects. * Manage **CAPEX projects**, ensuring compliance with time, cost, and quality requirements. * Design and propose technical solutions to optimize processes. * Evaluate modifications or requirements, **providing technical justification for changes and overseeing their implementation through project completion**. * Execute and supervise structural, electromechanical, and automation projects. * Provide technical support to the plant on mechanical and electromechanical systems. * **Present and justify project proposals, progress, and results to corporate teams in English.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical–Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics. * 2–3 years of experience in industrial projects, construction, maintenance, or CAPEX. * Experience in structural, electromechanical, and/or automation projects. * Blueprint and technical drawing interpretation. * Conversational English (B1–B2\). * AutoCAD * Preferably experience in heavy industry or manufacturing. **Desired Competencies:** * Effective communication with contractors and plant personnel. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong focus on continuous improvement and engineering solutions. * **Ability to clearly present and defend engineering decisions to corporate stakeholders in English.** This recruitment process is conducted exclusively via authorized corporate email.
