**Join us and be part of the change!** Role Objective Support the delivery, tracking, and operational support of digital products, ensuring organization, documentation, and efficient coordination among the various teams involved in product development and operations. This position is designed for individuals interested in technology, digital products, and artificial intelligence who seek professional growth within the product area. **Responsibilities:** * Write user stories and functional documentation. * Generate meeting minutes, summaries, and action item tracking. * Keep the backlog and workboards up to date. * Track tasks, tickets, and incidents. * Support basic functional testing. * Coordinate follow-up with design, development, and QA teams. * Provide support for operational assistance and tracking of digital products. * Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to optimize processes and documentation. * Research and propose operational and functional improvements. Ideal Profile * Organized, proactive individual with attention to detail. * Strong communication skills. * Interest in technology, digital products, and artificial intelligence. * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Curiosity and eagerness to learn about digital products and technological processes. **Requirements:** * Student or recent graduate in fields such as: Marketing, UX/UI Design or Digital Design, Programming / Software Development, Information Technology (IT), Digital Business, Administration, or related disciplines focused on technology and digital products. * Basic proficiency with digital tools.
