We are a 100% Mexican company seeking talent to join us in growth and transformation — become part of the challenge as: **Comprehensive Pest Control Manager.** **What Do You Need?** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Biology, Agronomy, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of leadership and pest control experience, preferably in manufacturing or food industry. * Knowledge of sanitary and food safety regulations, as well as occupational safety standards and NOM-251-SSA, NOM-256-SSA1, NOM-232-SSA1-2009. * Integrated Pest Management (IPM) expertise and knowledge of urban pesticide application methods. * Experience in internal and external audits, validation, certification, and/or government-mandated pest control audits. **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** * Coordinate corrective and preventive pest control plans, considering internal and external risk analysis for each facility, as well as across the entire value chain (plants, business units, and receiving sites). * Conduct vulnerability assessments at plants and business units to identify potential risks, generating action plans and follow-up with involved departments. * Develop monitoring, inspection, cleaning, maintenance, and disinfection procedures for pest control equipment and devices (bait stations, UV light devices, mechanical traps, etc.). * Document and report inspection results, ensuring traceability and regulatory compliance. * Perform diagnostics, technical treatment reports, and results reports upon detection of pests. * Manage pest control indicators (efficiency and monitoring). **What Will You Gain?** * Weekly base salary. * 100% IMSS coverage. * Vacation days according to the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Vacation bonus. * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Monthly grocery vouchers. * Punctuality bonus. * School scholarships for children. * Internal events. * Career development plan — growth opportunities. * Profit-sharing payments.
