Job Summary\*\* This NPP Trainee position at Valeo Systemes Thermiques offers an entry\-level opportunity for aspiring professionals to gain hands\-on experience and develop core competencies within our New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and thermal systems. The trainee will contribute to various stages of product development under the guidance of experienced engineers. Job Responsibilities\*\* * Assist in the preparation and review of technical documentation, including specifications, test plans, and reports. * Support engineers in the execution of product testing, validation, and debugging activities. * Participate in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (R\&D, manufacturing, quality) to ensure smooth product launches. * Learn and apply Valeo's product development methodologies and quality standards. * Contribute to the identification and resolution of technical issues throughout the product lifecycle. * Conduct research on new technologies, materials, and processes relevant to thermal systems. * Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate progress to mentors and supervisors.
