Collaborative and innovative work environment with impactful projects At **Nidec**, we are looking for an **NPI Process Engineer** to join our New Product Introduction (NPI) team. This role is crucial for configuring and optimizing manufacturing systems to ensure that our processes are efficient, sustainable, and cost\-effective when introducing new products. The position will be responsible for coordinating everything from equipment installation to process validation, working closely with engineering and production teams. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the new product introduction process from design to implementation. * Develop work instructions and process documents. * Implement innovative solutions and continuous improvement in production. * Optimize process capability and production volume while maintaining high quality standards. * Conduct process and quality control analysis, including PFMEA, Control Plan, Cpk, and Ppk. * Participate in continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing. * Work on automating processes using PLCs, sensors, and hydraulic systems. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards (ISO 14001\). * Collaborate with multifunctional teams to resolve issues and conduct root cause analysis. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in **Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering**. * Intermediate/advanced English (at least 80%). * Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry. * Knowledge of process management tools like **PFMEA**, **Control Plan**, **DOE**, and **SPC**. * Experience with **PLC**, **vision systems**, and **process automation** (Keyence experience preferred). * Experience in **Lean Manufacturing**, **Six Sigma**, and **continuous improvement**. **We Offer:** * Opportunities for professional development and career growth within the company. * Impactful projects in the automotive industry. * Collaborative and innovative work environment. * Participation in environmental initiatives (ISO 14001\).
