We are seeking a **National Workshop Support Instructor for Tractor-Trailers**, responsible for technical training and support to the national network of specialized tractor-trailer workshops, as well as strengthening after-sales operations. This position is critical to ensuring proper technical service, process standardization, and workshop development at both national and international levels. ### **Responsibilities** * Deliver nationwide technical training to the network of **tractor-trailer service workshops** and internal staff. * Provide specialized technical support to workshops for diagnosing and resolving tractor-trailer failures. * Manage and onboard new service workshops to expand after-sales coverage. * Provide technical training and support to **VIP customers’ in-house workshops**. * Deliver general product technical support focused on **tractor-trailers**. * Develop and update technical documentation: service manuals, technical bulletins, and procedures. ### **Requirements** * Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. * Experience in **tractor-trailer workshops**, technical support, or after-sales training. * Knowledge of tractor-trailer diagnostics, repair, and workshop processes. * **Valid passport (mandatory).** * **Willingness to undergo technical training in China.** * Willingness to travel frequently. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentation development. ### **We Offer** * **Monthly net salary (based on experience).** * **Statutory benefits.** * **Company-assigned vehicle.** * **Fuel allowance.** * **Mobile phone.** * **Laptop.** * National and international training opportunities. * Job stability and professional development.
