We are seeking a Technical Project Leader with solid backend development experience, capable of coordinating cross-functional teams, implementing agile methodologies, and providing technical support during the execution of high-impact technology projects. **Position Objective** * Lead and coordinate technology projects using agile methodologies (Scrum). * Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of project objectives. * Provide technical support, guide architectural decisions, and assist the backend development team. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and represent the team in project planning and execution. * Define and monitor budgets, resources, deliverables, and timelines. * Develop and maintain efficient, secure, and scalable backend services. * Design, document, and implement RESTful APIs. * Integrate cloud services: Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Functions), GCP, and Azure. * Participate across the full development lifecycle: design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. * Apply best practices: clean, modular code; automated testing; CI/CD. * Collaborate with the frontend team for effective integrations. * Optimize resources and costs, and minimize risks in coordination with management. * Participate in code reviews and foster continuous improvement. * Manage risks and contingency plans. **Essential Requirements** * Proven experience coordinating technology projects and software development. * Certification or advanced knowledge of Scrum or other agile methodologies. * Solid backend expertise (Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, or others). * Experience in software architecture and development best practices. * Experience with cloud services: GCP, Firebase, and Azure. * Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or others). * Technical capability to support programming teams. **Key Skills** * Technical and strategic leadership of cross-functional teams. * Outstanding oral and written communication skills. * Critical thinking and ability to solve complex problems. * Flexibility and adaptability to change. * Organizational skills and strategic vision in project management.
