We are passionate about service and excellence in distribution.** Position: **JUNIOR LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR** * **Department:** Operations * **Reports to:** Operations Manager **JOB OBJECTIVE** Provide administrative and operational support to the logistics department, ensuring route, delivery, documentation, indicator, and distribution process control and tracking, thereby contributing to the proper functioning of the company’s logistics operations. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Tracking and control of distribution routes. * Preparation and updating of logistics reports. * Capture and analysis of operational data. * Control of vehicle and driver documentation. * Delivery tracking and proof-of-delivery verification. * Monitoring of logistics incidents and response to deviations. * Support in scheduling vehicle loads and departures. * Fuel, per diem, and operational expense control. * Inventory and warehouse movement validation. * Generation of performance indicators (KPIs). * Tracking of vehicle preventive maintenance. * Administrative support to the traffic and distribution department. * Preparation of weekly and monthly reports. **KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS** * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Report and database development. * Logistics indicators (KPIs). * Route and delivery control.
