INTERNAL AUDITOR Empacadora La Merced is seeking analytical, organized individuals with a focus on compliance to join our team as **Internal Auditor**. Position Objective To conduct internal audits of financial, operational, administrative, and compliance processes, identifying risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities that strengthen internal controls and support corporate decision-making. Key Responsibilities ✔ Participate in internal audits and information gathering. ✔ Perform audit tests and validation of controls. ✔ Identify findings, risks, and process deviations. ✔ Document evidence, working papers, and reports. ✔ Follow up on corrective actions and improvement plans. ✔ Review operational, administrative, and financial processes. ✔ Support external audits and information requests. ✔ Prepare technical and executive reports. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Administration, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in internal auditing, internal control, or compliance. Knowledge of auditing processes, risk management, and internal controls. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills. Familiarity with IFRS, NIIF, and COSO methodology is desirable. Willingness to travel as required by the audit plan.
