**REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Civil engineering, architecture, or related fields (degree not mandatory). Minimum 2 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor. Experience in industrial projects. Experience working with subcontractors. Knowledge of industrial safety. Experience in developing, controlling, and monitoring project schedules. Experience in preparing weekly progress reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsible for supervising the correct interpretation and application of drawings, technical specifications, and calculation memos during project execution. Responsible for implementing and verifying the Quality Management Plan (checklists, material testing, inspection protocols, quality certificates) to ensure compliance with construction and design standards stipulated in the projects. Maintain an up-to-date site logbook, systematically recording progress, deviations, and key decisions. Conduct daily monitoring of the construction schedule (MS Project or equivalent), identifying critical paths and bottlenecks (constraints). Efficiently coordinate subcontractors, in-house personnel, and suppliers to maintain logical sequencing and avoid delays. Issue early warnings regarding potential schedule deviations and propose mitigation plans or rescheduling. Monitor physical progress to validate contractor payment estimates, ensuring payment is made only for executed and certified work. Manage efficient utilization of labor, materials, and equipment, minimizing waste and optimizing timely and appropriate supply logistics in accordance with the construction schedule. Ensure subcontractors’ scope of work complies with contractual terms. Supervise and strictly enforce the Safety and Hygiene Plan and applicable Mexican regulations (e.g., NOM-031-STPS-2011), ensuring a safe working environment. Verify compliance with building permits, licenses, and local, state, and federal regulations applicable to the type of project under construction. Prepare detailed progress reports (weekly/monthly) for the Project Manager and the Client, including performance indicators (KPIs). Serve as the on-site focal point for proactively resolving technical issues and unforeseen events, managing design or scope changes, and maintaining strict control over such changes.
