If you seek job stability, transparent processes, and genuine development opportunities within a solid organization, this vacancy is for you. **Job Description** The Dual Phlebotomist position combines clinical activities—including biological specimen collection—with basic administrative duties such as reception and cashier functions, serving as a critical role for unit operations and patient experience. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide patients with clear instructions regarding pre-collection requirements. * Perform venipunctures using automated Vacutainer technique (mandatory). * Collect blood samples, nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swabs, and other biological fluids. * Perform Pap smear tests, where applicable. * Label, handle, and dispatch specimens per institutional protocols. * Enter patient and specimen data into the system. * Process payments, manage cash, and reconcile the cash drawer. * Close the cash drawer, manage inventory, and maintain the work area. * Comply with biosafety standards and internal guidelines. **Requirements** * Academic background: Technical Degree in Clinical Laboratory (TLC), Clinical Chemistry (TLQ), or Bachelor’s in Nursing (degree and license, or letter of completion). * Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a similar role. * Proficiency in venipuncture techniques (Vacutainer). * Ability to interact empathetically and professionally with patients. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Basic proficiency with computer systems and payment terminals. **Working Conditions** * Schedule: As per unit requirements. * Work modality: On-site. * Location: Azteca Colegio Militar. * Availability for dual role (clinical–administrative). **We Offer** * $11,600 gross monthly salary. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Food vouchers. * Savings fund. * Savings plan. * Punctuality bonuses. * Attendance bonus. * Employee discounts and partnership agreements (gym, services). * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Positive work environment. **Application** **Apply through this channel or send your updated CV to:** **55 7953 0240** **Subject line:** Dual Phlebotomist **Keywords / Skills** **\#Phlebotomist \#SpecimenCollection \#Vacutainer \#Laboratory \#Healthcare \#PatientCare \#HealthcareJobs** **c****\#GDA
