Additionally, Inetum has been recognized as a Top Employer—a certification validating our commitment to employee well-being, professional development, and excellence in talent management. **Job Description** We are looking for a candidate with experience in technical support. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare device inventory * Align firewall requirements for changes * DHCP self-billing terminal change * DHCP cash register change * DHCP scale change * DHCP verifier change * DHCP other store PCs change * Switch management IP address change * DHCP server configuration * DHCP general cash register configuration * DHCP receipt PC change * AP reconfiguration * DHCP biometric device change * Handheld device reconnection * Control desk PC and printer replacement * TADAUZ displays * VOXPOP * Parking lot IP address change (if applicable) * CFE meter IP address change **Requirements** In the absence of formal education, equivalent experience in technical support will be considered, including knowledge of: * 6 months to 1 year of experience providing technical support for computing equipment * Windows and Linux operating systems * Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking and IT * Proficiency in graphical or command-line operating systems * Loading operating system images onto computing equipment and all-in-one (AIO) devices * Hard drive wiping (Blancco) * Structured cabling knowledge (copper, Category 6 and above) * Replacement of wall outlets (rosetas), jacks, RJ45 connectors, and cable installation * Knowledge of tools used for node testing and cable termination (ponchado) **What We Offer** * Top Employer certification for our talent management practices * Continuous training programs and certifications * Access to learning and professional development platforms * A culture of innovation and collaboration * Physical and emotional wellness programs Commitment to Equality At Inetum, we foster an inclusive and equitable workplace.
