**Field Technical Assistant – Operations (CDMX)** We are seeking a **Field Technical Assistant with experience in operational and fieldwork**, capable of frequent travel within CDMX and operating manual and electric tools. This position requires **proven ability to drive a standard automobile** and broad schedule availability. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (Please read before applying)** **Education and documentation** * Completed or incomplete high school education. * **Valid Class A driver’s license (MANDATORY).** * **Proven ability to drive a standard automobile (driving test required).** **Mobility and availability** * **Availability to travel frequently within CDMX**, primarily in areas served by the Metrobús system. * Flexible schedule availability. **Experience and technical skills** * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in a technical, field, or operational role. * Proficiency with **manual and electric tools** (e.g., pliers, drills, wrenches, rotary hammers, basic multimeters, etc.). * Physical capability to perform installation, removal, loading, and movement of equipment. * Basic knowledge of wiring and material organization (preferred). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Transportation, installation, and arrangement** of equipment, materials, and cabling. * **On-site and office-based technical incident response and follow-up.** * **Recording and reporting** of activities, incidents, and movements. * Logistical support for operations and maintenance across assigned locations. **WE OFFER** * Base salary: **MXN $9,500–$10,000 per month**. * Statutory benefits. * Work schedule: Monday through Saturday. * Job stability and opportunity to learn specialized technical processes.
