We are professionals in Industrial Maintenance and we make factories run better.** **FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN I** Today, we are seeking individuals with experience as Facilities Maintenance Technicians. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE IN:** * Performing minor repairs on industrial machinery. * Assisting in identifying parts and performing basic mechanical repairs on components of chillers, residential air conditioning units, fire suppression systems, and air compressors. * Performing general facility equipment conditioning or maintenance tasks, such as area cleaning, oil changes, paint touch-ups, etc. * Supporting energized maintenance activities and work on residential installations or electrical testing up to 460 V. **Facilities Activities:** * Masonry: patching, minor repairs to walls and structures. * Plumbing: sanitary fixtures, repair and maintenance of water, gas, and electrical piping, faucets, drains, and hydraulic connections. * Drywall: installation, repair, or maintenance of walls. * Painting: application, patching, and touch-ups in interior and exterior areas. * Other minor tasks related to general facility maintenance. **REQUIREMENTS:** * High school diploma (with maintenance experience), TSU Technician in Industrial Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Electronic Systems Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electricity, or Electronics. * 1–2 years of maintenance experience. * Availability to rotate shifts. **What does ATS Mexico offer you?** * Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, vacation days, vacation premium). * Savings fund, grocery vouchers, retention bonus, quarterly bonus. * Life insurance, IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) coverage, employee referral program. * Excellent work environment, professional development, and growth opportunities.
