Service Technician – Guadalajara Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco Position Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \| Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monthly take-home pay: $15,752 \+ commissions Job Description A growing company seeks a Service Technician to perform installations, inspections, diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as technical support for equipment marketed by the company. The technician will provide service for: Coffee makers Ovens Shaved ice machines Electrical kitchen equipment Electromechanical equipment Internal systems related to installation, maintenance, and technical operation The objective of this position is to ensure proper equipment functionality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities Install assigned equipment at branches or with distributors. Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and repairs. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on coffee makers, ovens, shaved ice machines, and electrical/electromechanical equipment. Manage spare parts, tools, and installation materials. Prepare technical reports, service documentation, and billing for services rendered. Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding equipment usage and proper operation. Requirements Technical training in electricity, electromechanics, refrigeration, or related fields (CONALEP, CBTIS, CECyT, EME). Experience in electrical, electromechanical, or general technical maintenance. Prior experience with coffee makers, ovens, or shaved ice machines is desirable. Availability to visit customers. Valid driver’s license (desirable). Responsibility, organization, and customer-service orientation. We Offer Monthly take-home pay of $15,752\.
