Optimization of designs and efficient solutions DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is looking for an experienced **Electrical Engineer** to join our team in **Querétaro**. We specialize in building cutting-edge **Data Centers**, and we seek a professional with a strong track record and passion for technical excellence. If you have proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing electrical systems in data center environments, and are seeking a professional challenge within an industry-leading company, we invite you to consider this opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, plan, and supervise the execution of electrical projects for data centers, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. * Perform load calculations, equipment sizing (transformers, generators, UPS, switchboards), and selection of electrical materials. * Develop single-line diagrams, power distribution layouts, lighting plans, and grounding diagrams. * Coordinate and supervise technical staff and subcontractors during construction and installation phases. * Ensure proper commissioning and testing of electrical systems, including backup power systems. * Identify and mitigate on-site electrical and safety hazards. * Collaborate closely with other teams (mechanical, civil, network) to ensure successful integration of all systems. * Prepare technical reports, calculation memos, and project documentation. * Participate in design optimization and the pursuit of efficient, cost-effective solutions. * Stay current with the latest technologies and trends in data center electrical engineering. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in the design and construction of electrical installations, with significant focus on data centers. * Solid knowledge of power systems, electrical distribution, lighting, grounding systems, and lightning protection. * Experience using electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, Revit MEP) and calculation tools. * Familiarity with applicable data center standards and regulations (e.g., TIA\-942, NFPA 70, IEEE). * Ability to lead and manage projects, teams, and budgets. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of effectively solving problems. * Based in Querétaro. * Immediate availability. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems and backup generators. * Knowledge of monitoring and control systems (BMS). * Relevant professional certifications. * Project management experience (PMP or similar). * English language proficiency.
