**Sanhua Automotive** is a global supplier of **thermal management components** for vehicles, including electric cars. It manufactures valves, pumps, and heat exchangers that improve efficiency and temperature control in automotive systems. We are looking for: Customer Quality Engineer Responsibilities: * Auditing the lines during the debugging process Pre SOP * Auditing the TQP documentation by Quality gates for PPAP and approve to PQE team. * Communicate the voice of customer to the Core team during the launching stage. * Gather and keep updated the CSR from the customer and communicate it to the core team. * Perform gap analysis audits for the diferent processes such SOP lines, inspection processes, PCRs. * Evaluating the performance of the lines per station Cpk / Cgk for measurement system. * Management of 0 km Customer Complaints * Management of Warranty Customer Complaints Requirements: * Bachelor/Engineering Degree (With title) * Advance/Technical English * 3\-4 years of experience in similar positions * Experience in industry with knowledge in ISO/IATF * Experience with OEM’s as a customer Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From $10,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
