Manage order changes, quoting, invoicing, credits, and issue resolution **Job Description** We are looking for a **Customer Order Management Representative** to provide **customer\-facing operational support** for a specific region or country. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing purchase orders, and ensuring accurate follow\-up across the full order lifecycle. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within structured processes while delivering high\-quality customer service. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide **telephone and email support** to customers and internal teams. * Process customer **purchase orders** and ensure accurate and timely follow\-up. * Support daily operational activities, which may include: * Order management and order changes * Quoting and invoicing * Credits, returns, replacements, and cancellations * Training coordination and administrative support * Customer disputes and issue resolution * Maintain accurate **case documentation** in assigned systems and platforms. * Work closely with internal teams to identify and support system and process requirements. * Follow regional guidelines related to **quoting, ordering, post\-ordering, and invoicing**. * Meet defined **KPIs, SLAs, and coverage schedules** with high quality and timeliness. * Follow guidance to resolve **basic system connectivity issues** when required. * Continuously build process knowledge and adapt to process improvements and transformational initiatives. **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * 2–3 years of experience in **customer service, order management, or operations support**. * Fluent **English and Spanish** (spoken and written). * Strong overall communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach. * Ability to work independently while following established processes and instructions. * Customer\-focused mindset with the ability to identify needs and propose appropriate solutions. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and internet\-based tools. * Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering**, or equivalent.
