Excellent work environment and continuous learning **Education:** Bachelor's degree or Engineering in IT Experience: 1 year **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE** Proficiency in Office tools Software workflow diagramming Analysis and definition of Use Cases (Diagrams/Matrices) Prototyping tools (e.g., Drawio) Test Case development Work Plan development Adherence to Project Management practices IT knowledge for Software Development **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES** Identify requirements from interviews or working sessions with the client. Create conceptual maps, Process Diagrams, Flowcharts, and Prototypes Develop Use Cases (UC) Prepare technical specifications for functional requirements. Develop Test Cases; coordinate test execution with testers Prepare training documents and materials for Functional and Technical users Identify, report, and manage risks associated with requirements. Identify, track, and manage commitments associated with requirements. Identify, track, and manage metrics associated with requirements.
