Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on concrete pumps, ensuring proper mechanical, hydraulic, and operational functionality of equipment to guarantee continuity of operations and minimize downtime. Functions and Responsibilities * Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and operational failures in concrete pumps. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boom and stationary pumps. * Repair hydraulic systems, cylinders, pistons, and valves. * Maintain concrete pipelines, lines, and hoses. * Inspect hydraulic oil levels, leaks, and condition. * Repair pumping systems, hoppers, and agitators. * Replace wear parts such as cutting rings, wear plates, and seals. * Perform equipment cleaning and operational testing. * Interpret technical manuals and hydraulic diagrams. * Execute onsite mechanical rescues when required. * Request and manage spare parts and materials. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the workshop and work area. * Comply with industrial safety standards and PPE usage requirements. * Report recurring failures and unsafe conditions. * Experience with boom pumps, * Onsite rescues, * Availability, * Overtime and shift work.
