Collaboration with various departments to ensure quality and efficiency. **Join our DLG MEDIC team!** If you seek a challenging environment with growth opportunities, **This is your chance!** A leading company in hospital and home mattresses and accessories, with over 13 years of market experience, is looking for a: **Chemical Formulation Engineer**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Age:** 30–45 years (flexible based on experience and competencies). * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (certified). **EXPERIENCE:** * 2–5 years in manufacturing industry (foam, plastics, or similar preferred) * Chemical formulation or industrial processes * Quality standards (ISO 9001 preferred) * Industrial safety **KNOWLEDGE:** * Knowledge of polymers, foams, or similar materials * Experience managing chemical formulation processes * Quality control and physicochemical analysis * Knowledge of regulations (ISO, NOM, industrial safety) * Laboratory equipment operation **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and adjust foam and material formulations * Supervise chemical production processes * Conduct quality tests (density, resilience, hardness, etc.) * Analyze failures in materials or finished products * Implement improvements in production processes * Coordinate testing of new materials * Document technical procedures and results * Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement departments **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure quality of materials used * Comply with safety standards and environmental regulations * Optimize production costs through chemical improvements * Ensure consistency in manufacturing processes * Validate raw material suppliers * Reduce waste and rework * Participate in new product development **WE OFFER:** * Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM–6 PM, with one-hour lunch break * Biweekly payment (competitive salary based on experience) * Statutory benefits \+ additional benefits (travel, medical, veterinary assistance, and funeral expense insurance) * Paid birthday leave * Career growth opportunities * Positive work environment * Free uniforms **Work Location: Olímpica Neighborhood** **A few blocks from Plaza Fórum** **APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL OR SEND A WHATSAPP TO PHONE: 33 1973 9633!** Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
