




Position Summary: We are seeking a highly trained bar team to prepare specialty and alcoholic beverages, playing a key role in the customer experience and the concept's identity, while maintaining high standards of quality and service. Emphasis on quality, customer service, and presentation **Position Objective** We aim to build a highly trained bar team focused on preparing specialty beverages, alcoholic drinks, and traditional techniques, upholding high standards of quality, service, and presentation. The bar team will be a pivotal element in the customer experience and in shaping the concept's identity. **Required Knowledge:** * Handling and preparation of **specialty teas** * Preparation of **matcha** using traditional techniques * Basic knowledge of **coffee** (not the primary focus, but required) * Handling of **alcoholic beverages** * Preparation of **basic cocktails and signature cocktails** * Creation of base preparations for alcoholic beverages (syrups, infusions, macerations, oleos, reductions, foams, etc.) * Good hygiene and food handling practices * Customer attention and service **4\. Training** All team members will receive **comprehensive onboarding training**, which includes: * Introduction to the concept’s philosophy and standards * Traditional matcha preparation techniques * Proper handling and extraction of specialty teas * Fundamentals of mixology * Base preparations for alcoholic beverages * Internal service protocols * Recipe standardization * Assembly and presentation practice * Real-service simulation **Training Period:** Team members will be hired **two weeks prior to the official opening**, with the following objectives: * Ensure technical proficiency * Guarantee standardization * Conduct internal testing * Execute operational drills * Optimize actual service timing **5\. Opening Date** The **official opening** is scheduled for March; therefore, the team must be fully trained, aligned, and ready to operate under established standards before that date. **6\. Key Responsibilities** * Preparation and presentation of beverages according to the official recipe book * Preparation and control of base ingredients and supplies * Quality control for each beverage * Responsible alcohol handling * Continuous cleaning and organization of the bar area * Basic inventory control of supplies * Reporting of losses or incidents * Adherence to service protocols * Coordinated work with kitchen and floor staff * **Base monthly salary:** $10,000 – $12,000 MXN (Varies based on experience and technical level) * **Tips:** Participation in a shared tip pool.
