We all belong, we all matter, and we all make a difference. **Position Summary** Responsible for leading automation and support control initiatives for production lines, combining deep PLC/SCADA expertise with strong problem\-solving to reduce downtime, improve OEE, and deliver robust, standardized automation solutions across the plant. Supporting production in hard and high\-level failures based on the use of technology, coordinates root cause analysis and provides automation and control solutions with PLC, HMI and instrumentation. **Responsibilities** * Lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable automation solutions to eliminate repetitive failures * Drives productivity, quality, and safety improvements. * Design, program, and commission PLC/HMI/SCADA solutions for new equipment and major upgrades. * Collaborate with maintenance and operations to train technicians and operators on new systems. * Responsibility over architecture, standards, and vendor selection * Perform root cause analysis (DAF) of the main maintenance machine problems * High level of managing, programing \& implementation of PLC. * Development of automation projects with PLC / Scada / HMI * Strong skills of communication networks (EtherNet, DeviceNet, etc) * Knowledge of EHS procedures in all activities * Management of KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, costs, downtime, etc **Qualifications** Required: * Engineering degree (Automation, Electrical, Electronics, Control, or related). + 3\+ years in industrial automation/controls in a manufacturing environment. + Hands\-on PLC/HMI programming and troubleshooting. + Advanced English Preferred: + Experience with specific platforms (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens). + Experience with robotics/vision/safety systems. + Experience with Data acquisition systems + Experience with KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) and structured problem\-solving. + Experience leading small to medium automation projects from concept through commissioning **Language Tags**
