Warehouse Manager – Food Industry Job Description: We are looking for a responsible individual to supervise and optimize receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch operations, ensuring efficient inventory control and compliance with quality standards. · Key Responsibilities: Supervise the receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of materials. Lead, train, and coordinate the warehouse team. Monitor inventory levels (expirations, turnover, cycle counts). Analyze discrepancies between physical inventory and system records. Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality departments. Analyze consumption history, fluctuations, and optimal inventory levels. Evaluate production orders and ensure proper traceability. Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Identify and reduce losses, waste, and overstock. Define and adjust reorder points (minimums and maximums). Control and analyze warehouse operational costs. · Requirements: Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or related field (degree required). Minimum 3 years of experience as Warehouse Manager, preferably in the food industry. Experience in inventory control, expiration date management, and lot tracking. Knowledge of production processes and traceability systems. Proficiency in SAP (Inventory, Warehouse, and Production modules). Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Intermediate English.
