Warehouse Manager – Food Industry Job Description: We are seeking a responsible Warehouse Manager to supervise and optimize receiving, storage, picking, and shipping operations, ensuring efficient inventory control and adherence to quality standards. Main Responsibilities: Supervise the receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of materials. Lead, train, and coordinate the warehouse team. Monitor inventory levels (expirations, turnover, cycle counts). Analyze discrepancies between physical inventory and system records. Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality departments. Analyze consumption history, fluctuations, and optimal inventory levels. Review production orders and ensure proper traceability. Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Identify and reduce losses, waste, and overstocking. Define and adjust reorder points (minimums and maximums). Control and analyze warehouse operational costs. Requirements: Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or related field (degree required). Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager, preferably in the food industry. Experience in inventory control, expiration management, and lot tracking. Knowledge of production processes and traceability systems. Proficiency in SAP (Inventory, Warehouse, and Production modules). Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic English. Age: 28–45 years.
