




Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to resolve incidents, configure networks, and perform field activities, including working at heights. Key Highlights: 1. Operational work and field activities **Technical Support Engineer** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Communications and Electronics, Computer Systems, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Knowledge of routing and switching, voice/data/video networks, and FTTH. \* **Experience:** * Customer service * LAN/WAN fault analysis and resolution * Configuration and installation of various network services and devices **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for resolving incidents via MO and FO. * Cable management per EIA/TIA 568B standard. * Operational work and field activities. * Working at heights.
