




Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to manage incidents, configure networks and devices, and perform field work, including working at heights. Key Highlights: 1. Operational and field work, including working at heights **Technical Support Engineer** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Communications and Electronics, Computer Systems, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Knowledge of routing and switching, voice/data/video networks, and FTTH. \* **Experience:** * Customer support * LAN/WAN fault analysis and resolution * Configuration and installation of various network services and devices **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for resolving incidents via MO and FO. * Cable installation compliant with EIA/TIA 568B standard. * Operational work, field activities. * Working at heights.
