Ensuring staff training and compliance with policies within the department POSITION MISSION Ensure the development and optimal operation of the technical department through effective management of assigned human, technical, and material resources to guarantee quality and timeliness in construction, maintenance, and delivery of technical services. POSITION FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES Provide functional guidance and advice to personnel under supervision for preparing work plans for their respective areas. Assist in resolving problems encountered by personnel under supervision. Review and approve implemented programs. Supervise various areas under supervision to maintain optimal departmental operation. Coordinate departmental activities to ensure optimal performance in terms of timing, manner, and required quality. Conduct necessary technical studies and budgeting to assess feasibility of new construction projects. Implement authorized work programs for the construction and maintenance area according to established parameters and standards. Manage the technical center responsible for delivering required services to ensure high-quality customer service. Ensure personnel in the department receive appropriate training to perform their duties under optimal conditions and achieve established objectives. Ensure policy and procedure manuals are properly implemented within the department.
