We are seeking: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN FOR HOSPITALS (PROJECT-BASED) **REQUIREMENTS**: Technical degree in Maintenance, Electrician, Industrial Engineering, or incomplete university studies. Flexible availability of working hours (mandatory). **KNOWLEDGE**: Infrastructure maintenance. Hydraulic and sanitary installations. Electrical supply systems. Carpentry. Drywall installation. Painting. Welding. HVAC system operation and maintenance. Medical gases and oxygen systems. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on infrastructure, hydraulic-sanitary systems, and electrical installations according to a scheduled program; carry out repairs of doors, locks, partitions, ramps, structural elements, and signage placement; repair water leaks; conduct general inspections of sinks and washbasins, piping, and electrical panels; perform patching work; replace light bulbs; and address electrical cuts—ensuring proper functioning and operational continuity of the hospital. Maintain control over preventive and corrective maintenance activities for medical gas equipment, electromechanical systems, and voice/data systems, following vendor-provided maintenance schedules and addressing reported equipment failures to ensure reliable performance and operation. Track incidents reported by operational departments through ticketing systems; maintain detailed logs and photographic evidence to support documentation and administration of completed work. Conduct daily inspections of critical areas and equipment to identify malfunctions and incidents, promptly reporting them to the operations department and performing immediate corrective actions when necessary to sustain uninterrupted hospital operations. Monitor on-site receipt of materials ordered per requisition to execute requested repairs. WE OFFER: Competitive salary.
