Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Technician with experience in video surveillance for the installation, configuration, and support of VMS systems and server administration. Experience with Qognify’s VMS Ocularis At RISSP, a 100% Mexican company with over 20 years of experience in electronic security solutions, we are looking for a **Systems Technician** with experience in video surveillance platforms, especially **Qognify’s VMS Ocularis**. **Responsibilities:** * Installation, configuration, and support of VMS systems (especially Ocularis). * Server and monitoring station administration. * Integration of IP cameras (preferably Axis or other brands). * Diagnosis and resolution of video surveillance system failures. * On-site and remote technical support. * Network configuration (voice and data) for security systems. **Requirements:** * Technical or engineering degree in Systems, IT, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience with VMS (Ocularis is mandatory). * Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, switches). * Proficiency with Windows Server operating systems. * Desired experience with storage and servers (HP, Dell). * Availability for fieldwork. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Opportunity for growth in high-level projects.
