Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Assistant for technical support, installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment, networks, and software, supporting the hospital's technological operations. Management of operating systems and institutional software Description At Hospital Escandón, an institution with over 100 years of history providing high-quality medical care, we seek to integrate a Systems Assistant into our team to support the hospital’s technological operations. Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to users across various hospital departments. * Install, configure, and update computer equipment, Windows operating systems, Office applications, and institutional software. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment and peripherals. * Administer the internal network, voice and data nodes. * Support administration of video surveillance cameras and DVRs. * Administer telephone switchboards. * Log and track technical support tickets. * Generate reports and assist with computer equipment inventories. Profile/Requirements Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 6 months of experience in technical support. * Knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and computer equipment maintenance. * Proficiency in Windows, Office, and ERP systems. * Basic English.
