Job Summary: A major telecommunications company is seeking an experienced Fiber Optic Supervisor to lead, coordinate, and supervise crew and vendor activities, as well as respond to fiber outages and serve customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate crews for fiber optic installations. 2. Supervise personnel and resource safety. 3. Customer service and operational follow-up. MAJOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY REQUIRES: SUPERVISOR WITH EXPERIENCE IN TELECOMMUNICATIONS (FIBER OPTICS) · REQUIREMENTS: Age: 27 to 40 years old. Education: Engineering or Bachelor's degree. Experience: 2 years of relevant experience. Mandatory: Valid driver's license and valid INE (Mexican ID). Willingness to travel. KNOWLEDGE: Internal / External Plant, Fiber Optic Installation, etc. Use of tools, OTDR measurement equipment, fusion splicers, optical pen, ducting machine, etc. Structured cabling systems. Personnel tracking and supervision. Coordination and planning of assigned crew activities. Generation of operational reports. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead, coordinate, and supervise internal crew and vendor activities. Coordinate and supervise resource management. Respond to fiber outages / Serve customers. Supervise crew safety during installations. Work logbook. Tool accountability. WE OFFER: $15,400 net monthly salary + Statutory benefits. LOCATION: SALTILLO SCHEDULE: Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week. 8:00 AM until end of operations.
