Here, every step you take brings you closer to the best version of yourself. **Job Objective:** Manage and oversee the tactical and operational processes of the Solution Architecture practice in accordance with the TOGAF reference framework, thereby contributing to the design and construction of enterprise capabilities aligned with the company’s mission, success, and profitability. The Solution Architect designs technological solutions based on industry-recognized design patterns and best practices, ensuring those solutions meet business needs, corporate vision, and the IT strategy required to achieve it. **Main Responsibilities:*** Responsible for ensuring that designed technological solutions comply—starting from initial design—with information security controls (Crown jewels), as well as applicable local and Group-level regulations and legislation, to support adherence to key insurance industry concepts (e.g., data privacy, know-your-customer, anti-money laundering, among others). * Responsible for defining technology strategies and positions, grounded in market trends and aligned with business and company needs. * Responsible for providing technical guidance during project implementation. * Responsible for distributing workloads, resolving conflicts, identifying risks, and mitigating them to ensure achievement of expected objectives within each program. * Responsible for resolving conflicts and discrepancies arising during assignments to ensure fulfillment of defined project objectives. * Responsible for leading and managing a team dedicated to solution architecture tasks. * Scope encompasses large-scale projects and entire functional domains. **Requirements:*** Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Systems Engineering (completed). * Language: Advanced English (mandatory). * Type and Duration of Experience: 3 years’ experience as a Solution Architect. Extensive experience in design patterns.
