This position is responsible for executing the core steps of a sale—including prospecting, client visits, demonstrations, evaluations, and quotations—to successfully market the company’s products and brands. It must capture the customer’s voice and prioritize their satisfaction above all. **What will you be doing?** * Quoting products and services. * Prospecting, identifying needs, generating solutions, and closing sales. * Achieving results: attaining a minimum annual sales target of USD 500,000. * Conducting customer staff training on product usage and maintenance. * Analyzing and reporting market trends and opportunities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Residency in Zapopan or Guadalajara, Jalisco; valid visa and ability to travel. * Experience in sales or customer service within the industrial sector. * Valid driver’s license. * Basic English proficiency. * Prior experience with aluminum profiles and accessories is desirable. * Knowledge and application of corporate and industrial sales techniques. * Demonstrable knowledge and application of the sales process. * Familiarity with associations, databases, and channels for market entry in Jalisco. * Ability to manage multiple projects, sales, and clients simultaneously. * Mandatory discipline in CRM reporting (preferably HubSpot). * Energy, empathy, and results orientation; strong customer focus. **Essential Competencies:** * Ability to generate solutions to conflicts. * Responsibility, Proactivity, and Commitment. * Focus on internal and external customers. * Effective communication: Assertiveness, Clarity of Ideas, and Leadership Expression. **Additional Benefits and Perks:** * Benefits beyond statutory requirements. * Savings Fund. * 30 days’ year-end bonus. * Attractive uncapped commission scheme based on profit margin from sales.
