Job Summary: Establish procurement processes and negotiate international traffic termination rates and internet access fees, maintaining long-term commercial agreements with providers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Negotiation of tariffs and commercial agreements in telecommunications 2. Management of procurement and evaluation of service providers 3. Promotion of optimal relationships with strategic suppliers JOB MISSION Establish procurement processes and negotiate international traffic termination rates and internet access fees with various operators, promoting and driving optimal relationships with providers to maintain long-term commercial agreements -JOB FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES Identify, evaluate, and select service and internet/telecommunications capability providers through performance, quality, and cost analysis to ensure contracting of strategic partners supporting service continuity and efficiency - Manage the procurement process for services and technologies, verifying compliance with technical, commercial, and quality requirements to ensure acquisitions meet departmental needs and company standards - Preparation of OPEX and CAPEX budgets - Maintain negotiations with providers through commercial agreements, memoranda of understanding, and tariff setting to establish contracts for international voice traffic termination and internet access, ensuring favorable conditions and service continuity for the company.
