Job Summary: Design, plan, and ensure adherence to the audit schedule, detecting and reporting deviations to improve the management system. Key Highlights: 1. JOB MISSION Design, plan, and ensure compliance with the audit schedule approved by Management, actively participating in supporting the quality team throughout the process, with the objective of detecting and reporting deviations as well as identified areas for improvement, enabling implementation of necessary corrective, updating, or improvement actions for the management system. JOB FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES - Design the work plan for scheduled audits of the quality management system, developing checklists aligned with the company’s defined processes and procedures, taking into account the defined scope. - Keep audit processes and procedures up to date, establishing appropriate methodologies as well as evaluation criteria, to propose improvements to the audit program and ensure timely compliance. - Generate reports of findings and action plans for their resolution jointly with the audited area or system, ensuring these are adequately addressed. - Identify, through conducted audits, opportunities for improvement in quality management system documents—including procedures, manuals, instructions, policies, and records—reviewing them to report findings to responsible parties, enabling corresponding changes and/or updates to ensure operational needs are met. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience: 1 year conducting audits. Desired Specific Knowledge: ISO 9001. Language: Basic English (conversational and written). Certifications, diplomas, accreditations, or specialties: Desired certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 27001. Willingness to travel: Yes.
