Key role in the company's organizational development Location: Torre Diamante Insurgentes Position: Organizational Development Instructor Campaign: Eficasia Tenure: 18 months at Eficasia Schedule: Mon–Fri, 09:00–19:00 hrs; weekends off. Requirements (experience, etc.): At least 1 year of customer service experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Psychology, or Business Administration. Personal Skills: Innovation and creativity, Commitment to work quality, Staff development, Analysis. Technical Skills: Proficiency in PC usage, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and personnel management.
