Work Mode: On-site Availability: Rotating shifts and 4x4 schedule Job Mission: Monitor network infrastructure, detect events and incidents affecting services, perform initial diagnostics, and coordinate actions to restore service as soon as possible. Responsibilities: Network monitoring using specialized tools Execution of operational and maintenance routines Support during maintenance windows Handling customer reports Initial fault diagnosis Incident escalation Ticket tracking until resolution Requirements: Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service Knowledge of LAN/WAN/IP networks, switching & routing equipment, OSI model, Office, and Outlook Basic technical English CCNA certification preferred Availability for rotating shifts and 4x4 schedule We Offer: Competitive monthly base salary Rotating shifts: a) 8:00–18:00 h b) 9:00–19:00 h c) 10:00–20:00 h 4x4 shift: 2 day shifts (7:00–19:00 h) – 2 night shifts (19:00–7:00 h) and 4 days off.
