




Job Summary: Ensure field work quality by coordinating and directing technicians to achieve objectives and resolve issues. Key Highlights: 1. Liaison between technical staff and management JOB MISSION Ensure the quality of field work by coordinating and directing the efforts of technicians and/or personnel under supervision to resolve issues and achieve company-established objectives. JOB FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES Ensure that crews under supervision have appropriate personal protective equipment and tools Submit corresponding requisitions if equipment or materials are missing, to prevent work delays Assign tasks to technicians according to projects received from the Maintenance Manager, to achieve established objectives Properly monitor existing maintenance projects to verify compliance with requirements and prevent subsequent failures Supervise assigned technicians to ensure necessary maintenance work is performed and correct any potential deviations, to deliver on time and as required Support assigned technicians when they encounter work-related problems or difficult situations, resolving them and motivating technicians to perform their duties effectively Verify in the system that daily productivity targets required to achieve objectives are met Receive technicians' activity reports, compile this information, and prepare a comprehensive report covering all activities within the area for submission to the relevant supervisor for review Serve as the liaison between technical staff and management/supervision, communicating management directives to assigned technicians and conveying technicians' feedback to management to ensure effective intra-departmental communication Temporarily replace crew technicians when absences occur, to maintain full crew staffing Requirements Experience handling networks (HFC, FTTH, COAXIAL) Experience managing personnel Valid driver's license (Class C or equivalent). -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience Driver's license: Class B Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, maintenance, conservation, maintenance
