Requirements: • Minimum 2 years in a similar position. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) or project management. • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, SMED, and DMAIC methodologies. • ISO 9001 Quality Management System. • Experience in the manufacturing industry. • Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office suite, Visio, Power BI, and dashboard tools. Key Responsibilities: • Develop quality management systems. • Implement projects aligned with organizational strategy. • Create and document processes adhering to continuous improvement principles. • Standardize processes, control waste, and improve traceability efficiency.
