Position Summary: A professional responsible for administering and optimizing technological platforms, implementing solutions, managing institutional IT assets, and proposing new technological tools for the online university. Integration into online university department processes **Responsibilities** * Optimize administration of the online university's technological platforms. * Implement and train various departments comprising the online university on relevant technologies. * Manage institutional technological assets and ensure their optimal operation (inventories, custody records). * Proactively research and propose new technological tools aligned with the institution’s evolution. * Engage in and achieve integration within various departmental processes of the online university. * Collaborate with superiors by providing required information to support optimal decision-making. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; minimum two years of relevant experience. * Preference will be given to candidates holding a master’s degree focused on education, digital marketing, or related disciplines. * Knowledge of structured data, voice, and CCTV networks. * Advanced proficiency in office software (certification preferred). * Intermediate proficiency in Adobe software suite. * Demonstrable experience in general audio and video editing. * Knowledge of website design using WordPress. * Leadership capability over personnel, either directly or indirectly. * Teamwork orientation. * Receptive attitude. * Technical-level English proficiency. * Time availability
