JOB MISSION: Ensure that the technical department performs its activities efficiently and on time, delivering high-quality service to customers, supervising field work, and guaranteeing proper use of materials and tools to meet departmental objectives. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure installations are performed with quality and within established timelines. - Coordinate and organize the technical team’s daily activities. - Monitor field team performance to meet objectives. - Prepare and validate the pre-payroll to prevent payment errors. - Verify availability of required materials, tools, and equipment. - Implement strategies to improve response times and service quality. - Support and supervise the technical team during working hours. WORK LOCATION: San Juan del Río WHAT DO YOU NEED TO JOIN US? - Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Electronics, Electrical, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Systems. - 2 years of experience in technical areas, project management, and field follow-up (telecommunications preferred). - Experience managing large personnel groups; advanced knowledge of cabling and fieldwork. - Willingness to travel to various bases: Colón, Ezequiel Montes, Tequisquiapan, and San Juan del Río. - Valid driver’s license (Class A or B).
