Main Responsibilities: - Provide telephone and email support to customers, suppliers, and internal departments. - Create, log, and categorize tickets in management tools. - Track, notify, and escalate tickets. - Update databases and information dashboards. - Regularly inform customers about the status of their requests. - Prepare monthly deliverables. Required Profile: - Education: Completed high school diploma (preferably in Information Technologies, Systems, or Computing). - Shift requirement: Night shift – 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. | Two rotating days off per week Desired Experience: - Customer service (3 months). - Data entry (3 months). - Report management on platforms (6 months). - Experience as a Call Center or Help Desk Operator (3 months).
