Position Summary: A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Vehicle Fleet Assistant to manage the vehicle fleet, track expenses, and oversee maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: -High school diploma in administrative fields or related disciplines -1 year of experience in vehicle fleet administration -Basic Excel proficiency -Vehicle control platforms preferred: Soft Flot, INFOR, and Ticket Car -Basic mechanical knowledge -Availability to work night shifts Responsibilities: Administer the vehicle fleet by monitoring expense control, workshop services, executing the maintenance program, and registering work orders to ensure proper care and physical condition of vehicles. • Support the implementation of audits • Support the review and evaluation of performed maintenance, analyzing purchases and/or service requests to ensure control over generated expenses • Enter data related to expenses, fuel consumption, and issuance/activation of cards and tags (Ticket Car and Soft Flot) • Enter data into respective systems regarding users assigned to each unit, location, documentation, renewals, license plate control, fine payments, and tracking of applicable discounts to ensure proper handling • Process vehicle deactivations, license plate activations/deactivations, GPS device suspensions, card cancellations, insurance updates, accessory installations/removals, etc., as installed by the company • Assist in vehicle reception, inspecting equipment and accessories to verify proper condition and prevent incidents We Offer: -Basic salary of $9,500 MXN -Legal and above-legal benefits (Life Insurance, Savings Fund, Grocery Vouchers, MEGA service discount) -Computing equipment and work tools -Mobile network (MEGAMOVIL SIM card) Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM If you are interested in this position, apply through this channel.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper Secondary Education – General High School Less than 1 year of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Keywords: helper, assistant, assistant, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide, night, night, nighttime, nocturnal
