Additionally, Inetum has been recognized as a **Top Employer**, a certification that validates our commitment to employee well-being, professional development, and excellence in talent management. **Job Description** We are seeking a candidate with experience in Technical Support. **Responsibilities:** * Handle all assigned incidents and requests for service restoration and on-site equipment setup, applying actions that efficiently restore equipment operation according to contracted service levels. * Cover all computing equipment and peripherals located in central buildings, branches, modules, service windows, and offices. * Provide repair-level technical assistance for: Laptops, Tablets, Branch Servers, Personal Computers, Nettops, and Macs. Branch certifying printers. Check readers. Barcode scanners. Check digitizers. Biometric devices. Videoconferencing and Collaboration Rooms.
