Job Opening: Facilities Resident **Location:** Huatulco, Oaxaca, and surrounding areas **Work Mode:** On-site **Gross Monthly Salary:** $35,100.00 **Benefits:** As mandated by law **Working Hours:** * Monday–Friday: 08:00–19:00 * Saturday: 08:00–14:00 Job Objective Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper execution of electromechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and specialty systems projects within construction sites and buildings, guaranteeing quality, safety, and adherence to schedules. Responsibilities * Supervise electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, stormwater, HVAC, and specialty systems (CCTV, voice and data, access control). * Interpret architectural, structural, and installation drawings. * Plan and control construction work, schedule activities, and verify progress against the timeline. * Manage contractors and coordinate work across disciplines. * Control costs, budgets, materials, and resources. * Supervise health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols. * Prepare clear and accurate technical reports. Requirements * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. * **Experience:** 2–5 years of verifiable on-site construction experience. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Electromechanical installations and medium- and low-voltage electrical systems. * National regulations (CFE, NOM). * Proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced Excel.
