We seek a **Facilities Supervisor** with experience, technical vision, and leadership to ensure proper execution of installations in our developments. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise **hydrosanitary, electrical, and specialty installations** throughout all construction phases. * Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and applicable regulations. * Coordinate work fronts and prevent system interferences. * Validate material quality, supervise final tests, and ensure correct deliveries. * Prepare progress reports, review estimates, and track project advancement. * Ensure compliance with **safety, quality, and construction schedule** requirements. * Lead and coordinate site engineers and contractors. ### **Candidate Profile** * **Bachelor’s degree required**: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering. * **Minimum 3 years** supervising installations in vertical buildings. * Solid knowledge of hydrosanitary, electrical, HVAC, CCTV, voice, and data systems. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **Excel**, Autodesk software suite, and Microsoft Office. * Basic–intermediate English (preferred). * Ability to analyze technical problems, make decisions, and coordinate teams. ### **Key Competencies** * Leadership * Effective communication * Results-oriented mindset * Planning * Teamwork * Administrative control ### **General Information** **Work Location:** * Project 1 \- Near Tapatío / Álamo Industrial * Project 2 \- Near Periférico Norte / Gonzalez Ortega **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30am–2:00pm and 3:30pm–6:00pm; Saturdays, 9:00am–1:00pm **Benefits:** * Full social security contributions * Statutory benefits * 30-day year-end bonus
