Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect or Engineer with experience in developing, analyzing, and controlling costs and unit prices for electrical installation projects. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in cost estimation and unit pricing for electrical installations 2. Advanced proficiency in OPUS, Neodata, and Excel 3. Knowledge of CFE regulations and NOM-001-SEDE **Academic Qualifications** * Licensed Architect or Engineer **Experience** * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in developing, analyzing, and controlling costs and unit prices specifically for medium- and low-voltage electrical installation projects: * Development of **unit prices (UP)** for electrical items: \*Conduits (pipes, cable trays, ducts) \*Power, control, and instrumentation wiring \*Substations, transformers, and switchboards \*Special systems (voice/data, CCTV, fire detection) * Integration of: \*Direct costs (materials, labor, equipment) \*Indirect costs (central office and site office) \*Profit and financing * Development of: \*Item catalogs \*Baseline and comparative budgets \*Quantity takeoffs \*Construction schedules (basic) * Analysis of: \*Labor productivity \*Crew composition \*Material takeoffs \*Cost adjustments (escalation clauses) **Software and Tools** * OPUS (advanced) * Neodata (advanced) * Excel (pivot tables, basic macros) * AutoCAD (plan interpretation) **Technical Knowledge** * Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) regulations * NOM\-001\-SEDE (electrical installations) * Integration of electrical execution projects * Reading of single-line diagrams and calculation memoranda **Skills** * Attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Proactivity and organization. **Other Requirements** * Willingness to travel. **Offered** * Monthly salary: $18,000 MXN * Statutory benefits * English week Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000\.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Development, analysis, and control of unit costs for electrical installations: 2 years (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
