We currently have a large support and installation team, but we are seeking an expert exclusively dedicated to strategic network planning and coverage simulation**. Your mission will be to ensure that each customer receives the best available technology based on their location and our network capabilities, optimizing existing infrastructure and projecting the expansion of our coverage area. **Key Responsibilities** * **Coverage Simulation:** Conduct technical feasibility studies for new customers using planning tools (primarily **Ubiquiti ISP Design Center / Airlink**). * **Technology Selection:** Determine the optimal solution for the end customer based on the Ubiquiti ecosystem: **airMAX AC, LTU, or WAVE (60 GHz)**. * **Capacity Optimization:** Assess current node saturation based on the number of customers and propose improvements to maintain service quality. * **Terrain Analysis:** Evaluate elevation profiles, Fresnel zones, and potential obstacles to ensure stable links. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * **Technical Experience:** Solid knowledge of radio wave propagation and WISP technologies. * **Tool Proficiency:** Advanced experience with **Airlink**, LinkPlanner, or similar tools. * **Analytical Judgment:** Ability to decide when to prioritize WAVE for capacity or AC/LTU for range. * **Autonomy:** Ability to work fully remotely with discipline and a results-oriented focus. * **Location:** Residence in any country in **Latin America**. **What We Offer** * 100% remote work. * Opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team. * Goal-oriented flexible working hours. **How to Apply?** If you are passionate about radio frequency and want to help us connect more people with maximum efficiency, please send your updated CV to: **empleo@holawifi.net** Please include in the subject line: "Coverage Specialist \- \[Your Name]" Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Work Location: Remote
