We are currently seeking: **Warehouse Assistant** Benefits we offer you: * Competitive base salary. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits from day one (Social Security, INFONAVIT, vacation days, year-end bonus, and more) * Savings fund * Annual performance bonus * Life insurance * Funeral plan * Grocery vouchers * 30 days of year-end bonus * Industrial cafeteria Additionally, you will enjoy: * Weekly payroll * Weekly productivity bonus * Direct employment contract * Positive work environment * Growth opportunities **Main responsibilities**: * Register and record loaded products in the system, verifying that no overages or shortages occur in each load. * Assign tasks to warehouse operational staff and monitor task status, validating adherence to established processes. * Minimize product rejections due to volumetric issues and follow up on any incidents that arise. * Inform delivery personnel of the assigned loading dock and transport unit. * Generate and monitor KPIs across various departments. * Manage CHEP pallets (storage and return shipments). * Apply and comply with internal rules, regulations, and company policies. * Record incidents involving warehouse staff for pre-payroll processing. * Generate requested reports from the warehouse department to support UDEN operations.
