Description
We are seeking to integrate into our team an **Administrative Assistant for Vehicle Control**, who will contribute to the optimal operation of our fleet by ensuring proper management, regulatory compliance, and document control.
* **Register, update, and track vehicle status** according to reports and inspections.
* Keep **vehicle documentation** up to date (e.g., circulation permits, insurance policies, verification certificates, etc.).
* **Coordinate and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance** through control systems.
* Receive, register, and **track incidents**, accidents, or vehicle emergencies.
* **Manage payment requests and expense control** related to services, procedures, and repairs.
* Prepare **periodic reports on fleet status** and regulatory compliance.
* Support **continuous improvement of administrative processes** within the department.
* Experience in **vehicle arrangement, reception, and delivery**.
* Supervision of land-based operations for assigned fleet.
REQUIREMENTS:
\*Minimum 6 months of verifiable experience in a similar position
\*High school diploma or bachelor's degree
\*Valid driver's license
\*Willingness to travel
\*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer use
\*Basic knowledge of general mechanics
Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract
Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month
